There are a variety of optional sessions and activities you can add to your conference pass. When completing the registration process, explore and add these options to make the most of your Itron Inspire experience.

Guest passes: $375 per person
Includes access to the Sunday Welcome Reception, Monday Networking Reception and Tuesday Night Party. Meals and beverages are provided with a guest pass at these networking events.

The Itron Inspire conference pass* is valid Sunday, Oct. 18-Thursday, Oct. 21, 2026. It includes access to:

• Keynote Sessions
• 75+ breakout sessions
• Customer forums and working groups
• Exhibition center (a.k.a. Knowledge Center)
• Networking events
• Meals, snacks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages**

*Pre-conference training classes and participation in the golf tournament are not included in your conference pass. You can add-on these options for an additional fee.

**Meals and drinks include:

• Sunday Welcome Reception: Dinner with select alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Monday and Tuesday: Breakfasts, snacks and lunches with non-alcoholic beverages
• Monday Networking Reception: Light appetizers with select alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Tuesday Night Party: Dinner with select alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Customer Forums and Working Groups (utilities and cities only): Select meals and drinks on the day of your session(s). Must be registered for a forum or working group.

Yes! Itron is pleased to extend a discount to organizations who register multiple attendees at once.

• 10% discount for 3 or more attendees
• 15% discount for 5 or more attendees
• 20% discount for 10 or more attendees

The discount is applied to all registered attendees but is only valid at the time of registration—so be sure to register all of your company’s attendees at the same time for the maximum discount. For example, if you register four attendees today, all four will receive a 10% discount. If you add a fifth attendee next week, that person will pay full price. But if you register all five attendees today, you would receive the 15% discount for all.
