Gearing Up for Itron Inspire 2023

It’s almost time for Itron Inspire 2023! We couldn’t be more excited to reconnect with customers, partners, utility and city leaders in San Antonio, Texas. The conference gets started on Oct. 22 with pre-conference training and officially kicks off on Oct. 24 with the Knowledge Conference. As you prepare for your trip, we put together a few tips to help you make the most of your time.

Download the Itron Inspire app. 
The app is your go-to resource for all things Itron Inspire and will ensure you stay in the know. It houses the complete conference schedule, alerts, reminders, locations and more. Do yourself a favor and download it on your phone before you go – it’s available for both IOS and Android users. You can also view it in a web browser but you won’t receive notifications or changes to events and sessions without refreshing the page.

Build your schedule ahead of time. 
Use the Itron Inspire app to create your ideal schedule of everything you want to attend at the conference. However, please remember that adding a session to your personal schedule does not guarantee a seat.

In celebration of Tackling Hunger Month, join us on Tuesday, Oct. 24 from 10:00 to noon to pack meals for families in need with the San Antonio Food Bank. Register here.

Join the 5K Fun Run! 
Lace up your tennis shoes on Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 8:45 a.m. to celebrate the power of community with a lively 5K (3.1 miles) race to start your day off right! Whether you prefer a brisk walk, casual jog or a full-on sprint, this 5K is for anyone looking to start Itron Inspire on the right foot.

Tee Off at the Annual Golf Tournament! 
If running isn’t your activity of choice, we’ve got you covered. Think you can stick it, fade it or flop it like a pro? You’ll have a chance to prove it at the Itron Inspire 2023 Golf Tournament. Tee off on Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 8:30 a.m. at a course that both challenges and amazes golfers of all skill levels. If this activity interests you, include it in your registration or talk to your Itron representative to reserve your spot in this friendly competition. 

You’ll be on Central Daylight Time (CDT). 
Adjust your watch and devices accordingly – you don’t want to miss anything!

It’s going to range from mild to warm. 
October temperatures in San Antonio range from the low 60s to the mid-80s. Events take place indoors and outdoors, check the forecast before you pack!

Conference attire is business casual.

You’ll likely be on your feet for the majority of the conference, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes. And don’t forget your attire for the party on Wednesday night!
