“Opt-Out” of smart metering is an issue across the nation that many utilities and regulators are having to deal with today.  Join us to learn ways to respond when a consumer refuses to accept a smart meter.  This session focuses on how Utilities have tackled this very issue, developed a program for opt-out, and the infrastructure needed to support this program.
