The IEE MDM Users' Forum enables current IEE users, managers and IT support employees to meet with counterparts from other utilities as well as the Itron product team. We will discuss recent product updates, the IEE roadmap, how we are investing in the future of meter data management and open the floor for the exchange of best practices on operating and managing IEE.

Together, participants will address shared challenges around 5G transitions, long-term technology planning, and the evolving demands of grid operations. The group will explore how modern network architectures can drive efficiencies, reduce lifecycle costs, and support a wide range of utility use cases—from grid edge intelligence and distributed energy management (DEM) to advanced customer applications.
