Kenneth Lazarro

Kenneth has been with Gainesville Regional Utilities for the past 24+ years and is currently the AMI Technology Manager in the Energy Measurement and Field Operations Department. On his journey, he has been a support specialist, network administrator, network engineer, computer programmer, applications engineer, software engineer, solution architect, and IT manager. During his time at GRU, he has either been involved with and/or technical lead on projects involving customer information systems, financial management systems, work management systems, and document management. He has a Bachelor of Science in computer sciences and engineering from the University of North Florida.<br /><br /><br />His philosophy on projects is: “Peace is a lie; there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me.”
