Exhibitor booths are featured in the Knowledge Center and integrated with their corresponding Itron solution/product. These are turnkey style including one 3.5’ height x 5’ length x 2’;wide fabric-wrapped table and one double-sided banner (28” x 74”). You can bring your own tablecloth to lay on top, set up a monitor (not provided), printed materials, etc…

• 5-amp power drop
• Wireless internet

Ready to ship your exhibitor materials? Please refer to the hotel's shipping form below. We recommend having your shipment arrive between Oct. 3-5. On the shipping label or box, please make sure to include your Company Name with Attn: Attendee Name and Itron Inspire Event - Knowledge Center.

If you are shipping additional items outside of your exhibitor booth materials, please ask katrina.plucker@itron.com about any special labeling instructions.

Shipping Information

If you need to rent additional equipment versus shipping items to the property, we will provide a link to view available options. Rental service options are provided at your own expense.

We will be providing marketing assets (i.e., graphics and pre-written posts) to help you get started. This toolkit will be available in the coming weeks.

Build out your company profile that will be featured in the event app. Highlight documents, images, videos and external links; add the names of your booth staff; load your logo and social links; and more.

Leads: If you have opted to include a lead license with your package, this is also where you'll be able to access and view your leads real-time. Prior to the event, take a few minutes to create your own custom form that your onsite rep will need to fill out. 

Instructions and access to the profile center will be provided prior to the Itron Events App launching.
