Tarja Nummela has worked in Tempe since September 2000. First as the Customer Service Supervisor for two years, and the last 20 years as the Manager. Prior to Tempe, she worked for a private water utility for 7 years here in AZ. Tarja was born and raised in Finland and moved to the US to attend AZ State University. Go Sun Devils!
