Chad Vaccarino

Chad Vaccarino is an experienced Customer Care Supervisor at the Las Vegas Valley Water District. He began his career in 1995 as a summer hire and navigated through different areas of the business gaining a wealth of knowledge along the way. His 29-year career spans across both field and customer service experience which allows him to truly embody and understand the “Meter to Cash” philosophy. Chad currently supervises a team of 14 talented individuals inclusive of front-line agents, a Water Loss Prevention team, and Senior Customer Care associates. His tenure with his Water Loss Prevention team allows him to share the information through today’s presentation, “Maximizing AMI Data for Conservation Programs.” Outside of work, Chad has a love for sports and is an avid runner. In fact, Chad ran in the very first ever Las Vegas Marathon on the strip.
