The annual Alliance Briefing is changing this year to make it easier for our partners to attend and participate. Prior to the conference, we’ll hold the regular Alliance Briefing virtually where Itron leaders will provide an overview of our corporate strategy and key initiatives. Golf Tournament | Sunday, Oct. 6

Description: Kick off your Sunday at our annual Golf Tournament on the Desert Springs Palm Course. It is a scramble format with a shotgun start at 8 a.m., including a light breakfast, tournament play and awards luncheon. Registration is required and available to add on when your attendee registers for the conference. If they've already registered, they can refer to their confirmation email where there's a link to modify their registration.

Submit Company Logo – Due Immediately

Please submit your company-approved logo to feature your brand in our marketing efforts (i.e., website, email, social media). You can submit up to two logo style variations.

Accepted file types: jpg, png, gif, ai, psd or eps. Logo size must be at least 300x300px.

Exhibitor booths are featured in the Knowledge Center and integrated with their corresponding Itron solution/product. These are turnkey style including one 3.5’ height x 5’ length x 2’ wide fabric-wrapped table and one double-sided banner (28” x 74”). You can bring your own tablecloth to lay on top, set up a monitor (not provided), printed materials, etc…

- Wireless internet

Shipping Form

Ready to ship your exhibitor materials? Please refer to the hotel's shipping form below. We recommend having your shipment arrive between Oct. 3-5. On the shipping label or box, please make sure to include your Company Name with Attn: Attendee Name and Itron Inspire Event - Knowledge Center.

If you are shipping additional items outside of your exhibitor booth materials, please ask katrina.plucker@itron.com about any special labeling instructions.

These signage graphics are intended for our premium sponsors. Please refer to your sponsorship level for specs on your location(s). Instructions provided here. We are asking for you to submit a screenshot in addition to your final file. This will help us ensure accuracy with our vendor.

Please register your attendee(s) for their complimentary pass(es) with the custom discount code(s) provided. If you have not received your discount code, please contact katrina.plucker@itron.com.

Need additional passes? We offer discounted pass rates for our sponsors and exhibitors. If you need to add on passes to your package, please contact katrina.plucker@itron.com.

One additional pass: $747 (50% discount)
Second additional pass and any after: $1,495 per conference pass ($300 savings per pass | standard rate $1,795)

JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa

Itron has negotiated a special rate of $284 plus tax per night, single or double occupancy (rate available until Sept. 8; based on availability). If you plan to stay at the conference hotel it is recommended to book and reserve your hotel room(s) asap. The hotel is expected to sell out.

Itron Events App

The Itron Events App is your guide throughout the conference. This platform will help you build a schedule, navigate the hotel, find your session room, learn about networking events, identify meal locations, receive important announcements real-time and more.

Registered attendees will receive an email with more information about how to access the Itron Events App about one month prior to the event.

Itron Engage Sales Channel Partner Conference

Yes, Itron has negotiated a special discounted rate of $284 per night (plus taxes and fees) at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa.

After you have completed your registration for the conference, your confirmation email will include a link to book your room at the discounted rate.

The hotel provides a 3-day cancelation policy prior to your reservation.
