Introducing the New Itron.com

In connection with Itron’s refreshed brand identity and focus on delivering grid edge intelligence solutions to our customers, we are excited to unveil a new global website. The updated itron.com complements Itron’s new look and positioning, and is designed to engage and inform our customers, prospects, shareholders, candidates and other audiences. 


The website was redesigned to help visitors quickly understand who we are, what we do and the value we provide. The new site amplifies the company we are today and shares high-level solution messaging in 11 languages across 15 local websites. 


Key features of the new site include:

  • New Positioning: The Who We Serve, Problems We Solve and What We Offer sections leverage our latest corporate- and solution-level positioning. Who We Serve is adapted for local websites and includes new audiences, such as fleet operators. Problems We Solve addresses key challenges our customers face such as the energy transition, water conservation and gas safety. What We Offer is organized in a new way, with industry-specific terminology that is recognizable and leads visitors deeper into our solution and product offerings. 
  • WCAG Compliance: With our new website platform and design, we addressed the latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), making our website easier to navigate and more accessible to a wide range of audiences.
  • Careers: Attracting—and retaining—top talent is key. Our newly enhanced Careers page highlights our company culture, key locations and teams, our commitment to our community and our emphasis on creating an inclusive and diverse environment at Itron.

With our new brand identity, top-tier solution portfolio and now a refreshed website to match, Itron is better positioned to support our customers across the globe and continue to create a more resourceful world. Michelle joined Itron in 2003 and brings expertise in web content management strategies, website platforms, and delivering business value through a variety of innovative marketing technologies. Prior to joining Itron, Michelle managed websites at a network security software start-up and a global telecommunications firm. Michelle has served on the board of directors for Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and North Idaho since 2011.
