Shawn is dedicated to transforming the way we think, work, and thrive in an ever-evolving world. <br /><br />Shawn is the Director of Operational Analytics & Standardization for the electric business at CenterPoint Energy. In her role, she is focused on data analysis to provide actionable insights enabling informed decision making across all areas of operations. She led the successful implementation of AMR, AMI and Distributed Intelligence projects at CenterPoint Energy and is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives leveraging the AMI solution in Indiana. <br /><br />She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University in corporate and organizational communications. She holds certifications in areas of continuous improvement, analytics, product ownership, and project management.
