James Rieske

James Rieske has served 34 years for Spire in various Engineering, Field Operations, ITS, and Measurement roles. In his current position he is responsible for the customer metering and metering equipment for Spire customers in Missouri, Alabama, and Mississippi. Beginning in 2019 Spire has been actively developing an AMI program for all metering classes. James served 3 years as the Distribution Engineering Co-Chair for the Southern Gas Association, 3 Years on the Board for the Missouri Association of Natural Gas Operators, and currently serves as a member of the AGA Customer Field Services and Measurement committee. James has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
