Itron Recognized by Newsweek as One of the Greatest Workplaces for Women and Diversity

To that end, we are thrilled to share our recent recognition in Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024 and America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024. 

Itron is committed to fostering an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives, which has led to its recognition on Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity for the second consecutive year. This accolade is a testament to Itron’s efforts in creating a supportive workplace that accelerates innovation, attracts top talent, and meets customer needs. The company believes that inclusion is crucial to unlocking the power of diversity, and this belief permeates all levels of the organization. Despite advancements in workplace equality, challenges remain. Itron’s inclusion on Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024 highlights its proactive approach to addressing workplace inequalities. Both lists were developed with Onclusive, a market data research firm, and involved a thorough examination of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals and an anonymous online survey.
