Asa Jay Laughton

Asa has worked for Itron since 1995 in a number of roles, with his latest work in product marketing. He has worked with various Itron products including the legacy Mobile Collection software, MV-RS, FCS, Temetra, and FDM. Today Asa is the product manager for the evolving Field Tools app which will eventually replace FDM Tools and is heading up the effort to develop a new modern replacement for the FDM Tools servers. Asa retired from the Washington Air National Guard in 2023 after 21 years and continues his community support being the Emergency Coordinator for Amateur Radio Emergency Services serving the Spokane County Department of Emergency Management. In his spare time, Asa enjoys working on classic cars, and taking in life with his wife and son.
