Jenifer Picciurro brings more than 23 years of experience with the Las Vegas Valley Water District, specializing in Customer Care and Field Services. She currently serves as the supervisor responsible for the Choice Connect AMI system, Billing operations, and Large Account Management, supporting a service area of more than 1.5 million customers. She has been integral to the development of the District’s metering and reading technologies, supporting the transition from walk by and drive by systems to a fully deployed AMI platform. Her background includes leading upgrades to the Field Collections System—including hardware modernization and file enhancements—and collaborating in the design, evaluation, and subsequent deployment of the beta version of Itron Field Tools and the Itron Mobile Radio. In addition, she leads initiatives leveraging AMI data and Itron Analytics to advance proactive maintenance, conservation strategies, and customer data presentation, and she is a stakeholder in the LVVWD Temetra implementation. Her position uniquely connects metering and billing operations, providing comprehensive oversight of the full meter-to-cash lifecycle.
