At Itron Inspire, we offer a variety of forums that allow you to hear from Itron product team members, ask questions, share knowledge and inspire one another.
Save your spot! There are a variety of customer forums and working groups taking place throughout the week. View the full agenda here. These are hosted for utilities only and free to attend with your Knowledge Conference attendee pass, but registration is required. Sign up is available when you register for the conference.
For those attending customer forums and working groups only, there is a fee of $150 per forum.
All customer forum and working group attendees are invited to join us for the Itron Solutions Forum General Session on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 8 a.m. to hear about Itron's portfolio strategy and roadmaps. More information will be provided after signing up for your choice of customer forum or working group.

The IEE MDM Users' Forum enables current IEE users, managers and IT support employees to meet with counterparts from other utilities as well as the Itron product team. We will discuss recent product changes, the IEE roadmap, how we are investing in the future of meter data management and open the floor for the exchange of best practices on operating and managing IEE.

Taking place after the Knowledge Conference at Itron Inspire, we invite you to join us for the Itron Solutions Forum to continue the conversation on how we’re redefining energy and water management for utilities and cities. Hear comprehensive, multi-network roadmap and leadership updates on strategic priorities that will support you in your digital transition. Learn new ways to maximize the value of your infrastructure investments, as well as next steps on the path to grid edge intelligence, smart gas, smart water or smart cities regardless of your starting point.
You will have an opportunity to participate in our working groups and user groups, including: Distribution Automation, Grid Edge: Intelligent Connectivity, as well as topic specific sessions for Gen5 Riva, OpenWay Riva, IPv6 and others that offer great discussions on topics important to you.

This forum will highlight how our end-to-end solutions address water challenges and help you reduce operating costs and non-revenue water losses, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance reliability and resiliency.
We will discuss the new features and enhancements of our water-based outcomes as well as what is on the roadmap. In addition, we will exchange best practices on operating, managing, and deriving the most value out of these solutions. Hear how current customers are using water analytics-based solutions to extract value and achieve innovative outcomes to further streamline business operations.
This forum provides an opportunity for utilities interested in water-based outcomes to join Itron product team members and meet each other, ask questions, share knowledge, and inspire one another. This event is free, but registration is required.

Consumer Engagement: In an effort to provide a collaborative and transparent forum where you can share your success, exchange best practices and escalate the speed of your deployments related to grid modernization, consumer engagement and DERs/EVs, please join us for the Grid Edge Innovation Exchange: Consumer Engagement Working Group. We are gathering key utility leaders to discuss how best to solve low- and medium-voltage issues facing the industry today that include empowering customers to be active participants in grid intelligence initiatives including energy efficiency, demand response and active DER/EV management programs, navigating successful deployment of innovative technologies from traditional demand response to advanced customer energy resources like solar, batteries and EVs, including fleets. Several utilities are already using real-time metering, DER, and grid data in ways that benefit both the customer and the grid, resulting in improved customer engagement and grid management. Through peer-to-peer sharing, you will join other leading utility industry pioneers in shaping solutions that help us reach decarbonization and sustainability goals while supplying actionable insights to today's challenges.
DERMS: In an effort to provide a collaborative and transparent forum where you can share your success, exchange best practices, and escalate the speed of your deployments related to grid modernization, consumer engagement and DERs/EVs, please join us for the Grid Edge Innovation Exchange: DERMS Working Group. We are gathering key utility leaders to discuss how best to solve low- and medium-voltage issues facing the industry today related to grid intelligence initiatives that include preparing for the proliferation of DERs and EVs, ensuring grid decarbonization, customer choice/comfort and grid reliability. Through peer-to-peer sharing, you will join other leading utility industry pioneers in shaping solutions that help us reach decarbonization and sustainability goals while supplying actionable insights to today's challenges.
Grid Modernization: In an effort to provide a collaborative and transparent forum where you can share your success, exchange best practices, and escalate the speed of your deployments related to grid modernization, consumer engagement, and DERs/EVs, please join us for the Grid Edge Innovation Exchange: Grid Modernization Working Group. Intelligent Connectivity: Join our Grid Edge Innovation Exchange: Intelligent Connectivity Working Group to engage in collaborative discussions and receive updates on the latest advancements in Itron’s communication network strategy, including applications and implementation of hybrid mesh, cellular, private LTE, fiber, and more. Temetra serves as a natural replacement for Field Collection System (FCS), with hundreds of customers already having chosen to move to Temetra from FCS or MV-RS.
The forum serves as a platform for new Temetra customers and existing FCS customers migrating to Temetra to explore the latest features, discuss key topics to consider when planning your migration from FCS to Temetra, exchange best practices, and share successful use cases. It offers valuable insights and guidance for those transitioning to Temetra, based on the experiences of others who have already made the switch. Attendees will also be asked for input on future development, influencing the roadmap of Temetra. This ensures that the platform continues to evolve in a way that meets the evolving needs and requirements of its users.
The forum offers a unique opportunity for individuals to deepen their understanding of Temetra, collaborate with peers, and shape the future direction of the platform.

This forum will detail how you can improve operational efficiency, enhance network awareness, generate actionable intelligence, drive innovation and unlock new business value with AMI Operations. We will highlight AMI operations management applications based on the network-agnostic Operations Optimizer platform that include: Performance Manager, Network Operations, AMI Operations, Revenue Assurance and Meter Temperature Monitoring as well as what is on the roadmap in terms of solution enhancements. In addition, we will exchange best practices on operating, managing and deriving the most value out of these solutions.
