Itron Inspire2024 FAQ

Keynotes: Two General Session Keynotes featuring industry experts covering key topics that affect the future of energy and water management. Also includes the latest technology announcements and winners of the Frost & Sullivan Excellence in Resourcefulness Awards and Itron Innovator Award.

Breakout: 45-minute sessions led by industry peers and Itron experts on a specific product, feature, topic, solution or customer success story. Typically, about 5-10 minutes of Q&A portion with the presenters at the end of the presentation.

Big Picture Sessions: A 45-minute featured session with a thought-leadership panel of experts addressing a key industry topic. There are two Big Picture Sessions covering the following topics: Grid Edge Intelligence and the Role of Data Governance | Navigating the Journey Toward Sustainability.

Women Who Inspire: A 45-minute featured session featuring a single speaker or panel celebrating the women at the forefront of our industry.

Customer Forums: This is an opportunity for all current customers and interested customers to learn more about a specific solution or product. During these forums, you'll learn about the latest technology updates, roadmaps and exchange of best practices.

Users' Forum: This is intended for current customers of a specific product to learn about the latest technology updates, roadmap and exchange of best practices.

Pre-Conference Training*: Instructor-led, hands-on training classes to learn more about a specific product or solution. Classes range from half-day introductory courses to three-day certified training sessions.

There will be about 75+ breakout sessions, including featured sessions. Breakout sessions are separated into four main tracks. You can view the track descriptions here. The list of breakout sessions and featured sessions will be posted in the coming weeks.

Session owners will share their presentations after the conference. Registered attendees may download the presentations through the Itron Events app after the conference.

Once the Itron Events app is available (about a month prior to the event), you’ll be able to log in and view the full session schedule. Within the app, you’ll be able to favorite sessions and add sessions you’re interested in attending to your app schedule. After you’ve added sessions to your schedule, you’ll be able to view your personalized agenda for the conference so you don’t miss a thing.
