Kristina "Kristy" Stone joined Duquesne Light Company (DLC) in January 2023 as vice president, chief customer officer, where she is responsible for leading the company’s culture of customer service. She has more than 20 years of customer service experience in both the public and private sector. <br /><br />Prior to joining DLC, Stone served as senior vice president of customer experience and innovation at Blue Stream Fiber in Florida. She also served in customer service leadership roles at Lumos, Alorica and AT&T. <br /><br />Stone holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, North Carolina and is a Certified Customer Experience Professional by the Customer Experience Professionals Association. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and two dogs, “Lolly” and“Lucy”.
