Since completing the AMI deployment in June of 2020, Donna and her team have focused on quickly closing the gap with AMI meter data and analytics to support and enhance the power delivery organization at Mississippi Power. Her commitment to leveraging advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and analytics has significantly contributed to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. The addition of Operations Optimizer and GRID OPS has opened
a host of analytics on Mississippi Power’s GenX system. Donna is responsible for not only day-to-day AMI Operations, Readings, and Meter Data Management but also Revenue Protection, Analytics, and various in-house software development solutions and more. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for AMI
